I cook them when I want something delicious, but there are no products to cook something special. They taste moderately sweet - the very thing to sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour jam, honey. If you like sweeter pastries, you can add a little more sugar.

1. Sift the flour into a wide, deep bowl.
2. In a mound of flour, make a small depression, break an egg into it, pour salt and sugar, pour warm water, slaked soda and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
3. Knead the dough. If necessary, you can add a little more water or vice versa - flour. The dough should become homogeneous and stop sticking to your hands.
4. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into pieces, each of which roll into a ball.
6. Roll out the balls into tortillas.
7. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the tortillas in it on both sides until appetizing ruddiness.
8. Sprinkle the finished tortillas with powdered sugar.
