Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Peel onion and garlic, Bulgarian pepper – from the footboard and seeds. Chop the garlic. Pepper and onion are cut into small cubes.
Now let's prepare the meat. To do this, I wash the beef, get rid of the liquid with napkins and also cut the meat into cubes.
Now boil the noodles. To do this, bring the water in a saucepan to a boil, put the noodles in boiling water and cook it for 7 minutes. After this time, remove the pan from the heat, rinse the noodles and throw them into a colander.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put it to warm up. Already on a preheated frying pan we spread the previously prepared ingredients, namely: pepper, red onion, garlic and pieces of beef. Fry the contents of the pan for 5 minutes, stirring the products constantly.
Then add noodles, sesame seeds and chili sauce to the pan, pour soy sauce. We continue to cook the dish, stewing it for another 2 minutes.
We transfer the cooked noodles with beef and vegetables to a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs to your liking and serve to the table.

Incredibly delicious and flavorful noodles with beef and vegetables will be a wonderful dinner after a hard day. The dish prepared according to this recipe turns out to be hearty, rich and delicious, and soy sauce with chili sauce and garlic add a special piquancy to it.
This is a wonderful dish of Japanese cuisine, which is very quickly prepared and is ideal for weekdays. It can also be prepared with the use of other vegetables, for example, you can also add sliced zucchini, eggplant or carrots. It will also turn out delicious, but due to the use of other ingredients, the dish will acquire a different color. So beef noodles can be considered a universal basic combination for experimenting with vegetables and sauces. For example, you can use teriyake sauce instead of soy sauce. It is necessary to add sauce to this dish, otherwise the noodles will turn out to be dry and will not acquire that bright saturated necessary taste and such an attractive appearance, which is important.
