Squid in tomato sauce

Spicy squid dish! Be sure to try it! Squid in tomato sauce is an unusual dish that can be served on its own or as a gravy to rice. Lovers of spicy chili peppers can be cut into rings and not removed before serving - this will give the dish more sharpness. The tomato sauce in the recipe can be safely replaced with a lecho preparation - it will be doubly tastier.

Cooking method

1. Cut the squid into rings about 1.5 - 2 cm wide.

2. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds and partitions, washed, cut into strips.

3. Peel garlic and onion, cut onion into small cubes, garlic - plates.

4. In olive oil, fry the prepared vegetables until the onion becomes transparent, about 5 minutes, then spread it to the vegetables and fry until the rings begin to hold their shape.

5. Now we spread tomatoes in their own juice and tomato sauce, also add chili pepper without chopping, salt to taste. Simmer on low heat for 7-8 hours, the sauce should boil and become very thick.

Before serving, remove the chili and sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley.
