Many people love Korean dishes for their unique flavor and piquancy. This recipe is an equally interesting dish from the usual vegetable - potatoes. Everything is simple according to the process, and it turns out an excellent result.

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them. Cut the tubers into strips. Pour oil into the pan, send it to the fire. In the heated oil, spread the potatoes, fry until golden. In the process, do not forget to stir.

2. Peel the garlic, cut it finely. The ginger root is also cleaned and cut into small cubes. Remove the potatoes on a paper towel, and fry the garlic and ginger in the remaining oil.

3. Peel the onion, cut it coarsely. We put it in a frying pan, continue to fry until the onion is transparent.

4. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed, dried. Cut the prepared pepper into large pieces, send it after the onion. Fry for a couple more minutes.

5. At this stage, add salt and sugar, as well as powdered chili pepper. Pour soy sauce and tomato ketchup, add a little water.

6. Put potatoes in the resulting sauce with vegetables. We dilute corn flour with a small amount of water, pour it into a frying pan. Bring to a boil, simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot or warm on the table. In Chinese cuisine, such potatoes are supplemented with a side dish of rice. But the dish is quite self-sufficient, you can serve it yourself.
