Vegan Salad

A simple salad of vegetables and mushrooms is delicious, you'll lick your fingers. Vegan salad can be prepared with fresh or frozen beans, while frozen beans do not need to be defrosted, the whole process will take place already in a frying pan. Champignons are easier to take from the store, they are available all year round and in any quantity. Salad can be seasoned with your favorite spices, but you do not need to salt, because soy sauce fulfills a double mission.

1. Cut off the ends of the pods on both sides, cut each pod in half.

2. Champignons are washed, cut into large pieces, as they will significantly decrease in volume during heat treatment.

3. My tomato, cut into slices.

4. Garlic and onions are cleaned, garlic is cut into plates, onion - half rings.

5. Fry the mushrooms and beans in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the fried ingredients to a salad bowl, add garlic, onion and tomatoes.

6. We peel the bell pepper from the seeds, cut off the stalk, wash it, cut it into strips, put it in a bowl with salad.

7. Fill the salad with soy sauce, mix and serve.
