Cooking method

1. The meat is washed, dried with paper towels.

2. Rub the piece on all sides with a mixture of sea salt and black pepper, then sprinkle with olive oil. Leave for 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, we heat up the grill pan, then fry the meat on it from all four sides, each side for about 2 minutes.

4. We transfer the steak to a baking dish pre-lined with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees without including the convection function. To achieve medium roasting, we cook the meat for about 15 minutes at an average level.

5. We remove the finished steak from the oven and cover it without removing it from the mold, let it stand for 10 minutes so that the juice is evenly distributed throughout the piece.

Cut the meat into portions and serve it on the table with your favorite side dish.
