How to make chopped chicken cutlets with sour cream? Peel the chicken fillet from the skin and get rid of small bones. Wash with running water and dry with a towel so that excess water does not get into the cutlets. Cut the fillet into small cubes.

Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into small cubes or thin strips.

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix the products so that all the fillet pieces are evenly covered with liquid ingredients, and the onion is well distributed. At this stage, add salt, pepper and other favorite spices.

Add starch to the preparation for chopped chicken cutlets and send the mass to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Starch can be replaced with flour, but then the finished cutlets will turn out not so tender and crispy.

After the chicken fillet is marinated with sour cream and mayonnaise, and the spices give their unique taste and aroma, you can start frying.

Heat a frying pan with enough oil to a very hot state. Spread the meat mixture with a spoon, it seizes quickly, and the cutlets acquire a neat, even shape and a crisp crust. Reduce the heat to medium and fry on both sides until a pleasant golden color. If desired, at the end of frying, you can cover the pan with a lid and cook the finished cutlets for a few minutes. This will give the finished dish even more tenderness inside.

Serve the cutlets hot with a side dish of boiled potatoes with butter, spaghetti, rice or vegetables. In general, almost any side dish is suitable with such cutlets. They will be perfectly combined with salad and fresh herbs.

If desired, the cutlets can be varied by including chopped greens (dill or parsley), pieces of vegetables (finely grated carrots or small pieces of Bulgarian pepper, for lovers of spicy chili pepper) or even cheese.

Bon appetit!
