Chops of chopped chicken fillet and onion with the aroma of fresh herbs. Lazy chops are best cooked from chicken fillet, as this meat is softer. Unlike ordinary chops, lazy ones are much more tender, and it's easier to fry them.

These chops were called lazy only because the meat is not beaten off with a hammer, but is cut into small cubes. And they fry like pancakes. And now everything is in order.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, and chop the onion even more finely.
We also chop fresh herbs with a knife.
Chopped ingredients – chicken fillet, onion and herbs are combined in a deep container, add egg, starch, sour cream, salt and spices to them.
With a spoon, knead the mass thoroughly and at the same time warm up the frying pan with vegetable oil.
We fry lazy chops in the same way as pancakes, spreading the mass with a spoon on a hot frying pan. First, we make a strong fire, and as soon as the chops are browned, we turn them down and turn them over to the other side.
Cover the frying pan with a lid and fry the lazy chops on low heat until cooked for another 15 minutes.
We remove the lazy chops from the frying pan, put them on a plate and serve them hot on the table.
