1. Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into strips.

2. The meat is washed, dried, cut into strips thinly, as far as possible.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and also cut into strips about 2 mm thick.

4. Put the potatoes on a sieve, wash them under running water, then put them in a saucepan, pour boiling water, send them to the fire and bring to a boil.

5. Then we throw the potatoes into a colander, let the liquid drain, put them in a bowl.

6. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until a light blush, then spread the chopped fillet to it, continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.

7. Add black pepper and red pepper to the onion and chicken, as well as coriander, mix, pour soy sauce, keep on fire for a minute.

8. We put the contents of the frying pan in a bowl with potatoes, salt, pour vinegar, mix.

Serve on the table in a deep salad bowl, sprinkled with chopped coriander.
