1. The meat is washed, dried, cut into thin strips, fried in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes, then pour a little water (100 ml) and simmer the beef under a closed lid on low heat for about 25 minutes.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, lightly salt and pepper, beat with a fork until smooth. From the resulting mass, fry two thin pancakes, roll the dough into a roll and cut into thin strips.

3. My lettuce leaves, let them dry. My cucumber, cut into strips. Chop the green onion feathers with a knife, followed by nuts. Peel the garlic.

4. Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the serving plate, then beef, cucumber, squeeze garlic through a press, spread egg pancakes, make a mesh of mayonnaise, sprinkle chopped green onions and chopped nuts on top.
