Julienne with pork and mushrooms is a delicious, hearty dish. This kind of julienne is not typical for French cuisine, but probably already our Russian interpretation. Nevertheless, the recipe exists and is successfully used. Let's get to know him in more detail!
1. Take the products from the list. Pork is better to take lean.
2. Cut onion into small cubes, fry it until transparent in preheated oil.
3. Add finely chopped mushrooms, simmer a little until the liquid evaporates.
4. Cut pork into small cubes and fry quickly together with mushrooms. You can fry it all separately, and then combine it in baking molds. I suggest a faster option.
5. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with a thin layer of flour, mix, removing from the heat - so it is easier to avoid the formation of lumps.
6. Add the milk, stir until smooth and put it back on the stove, bring to a boil and cook in the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes. This billet can be stored in the refrigerator for several days - baked before serving, which is undoubtedly very convenient.
7. Spread the mass into molds, cover with grated cheese (ideally parmesan) and bake in the oven at 200-180 degrees for 20 minutes.
That's it! Julienne with pork and mushrooms is ready - bon appetit!
