Thin yeast-free pancakes with milk with holes

Gorgeous, thin, bubbly pancakes. My family, especially children, are very fond of all kinds of pancake recipes. But most often I take an order from them to cook thin pancakes with holes in milk. My children are just delighted with these tiny and pretty holes on the food. Try it and you!

Add egg yolk, sugar, salt, soda to warm kefir (sour cream). Mix everything and add flour. The dough should be of medium consistency, not very liquid, but not very thick. Like sour cream. Beat everything well with a mixer so that there are no lumps.

We boil the milk, and then pour it into the dough in a thin stream and at the same time we constantly stir everything. So we brew it. Add vegetable oil there, and then separately whipped whites. Mix everything and the dough is ready. If the dough is thick, then you can dilute it with boiled water or milk, and if it is liquid, then flour.
Heat the frying pan, grease it with lard and fry our thin pancakes with holes until golden brown.
We smear all the pancakes in the hole with butter. The filling for pancakes can be any, my children eat them with sea buckthorn jam.
Bon appetit!
