Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to pickle pepper? Prepare the components according to the list. Pick up the peppers strong, juicy, without flaws. Even though we will fry before marinating. It is best to take peppers of different colors: red, yellow, orange.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut a clove of garlic with thin petals, add any vegetable oil (it turns out very tasty with aromatic oils: sunflower, sesame, olive oil is suitable), apple cider vinegar, salt to taste, pepper. Mix the sauce well, let it infuse. Garlic can be passed through a garlic press - it will be much sharper. My option is for those who do not eat garlic in its natural form or if there are children, the petals can be removed.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Fry sweet Bulgarian peppers until partially black on all sides in the oven or in a dry frying pan under the lid. Cool them down a little and put them in a plastic bag, tie them up. So the peppers will go limp and easily give up their skin. (The bright colors of the peppers will look better, and they are much sweeter).

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

When the peppers become warm, take them out of the bag and remove the skin, now it's easy. Cut the pepper into cubes or ribbons.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Place the chopped pepper in a salad bowl or any jar, pour the prepared marinade sauce and let it stand for at least a couple of hours. Then serve on the table. It's just delicious! You can prepare it for the winter, but I recommend storing it in the refrigerator after all.

Bulgarian pepper, pickled with garlic, is an indescribable delight for lovers of spicy pepper snacks. Although you will have to tinker with cleaning it, for which you need to bake or fry the peppers. Pepper after light baking becomes soft, pliable, easily absorbing the flavors of the sauce. Especially tasty is a snack with fragrant butter, it is good to serve it to steamed boiled potatoes, any meat, poultry! Be sure to try it, everyone is delighted with this pepper!
