Pearl barley porridge with tomato juice and beef in the oven

Change your attitude to pearl barley by trying this dish at least once! To be honest, I've never liked pearl barley, but after I cooked it in a slow cooker (and I've already posted this recipe earlier) I thought, why didn't I cook it before? Today I cooked it in a pot - pearl barley, to my deep surprise, the whole family liked it, which I was very happy about, because it's a great alternative to pasta, which is already pretty tired)))
