Donuts with icing

Extremely delicious donuts will unconditionally conquer your heart! Absolutely amazing taste of the dough! This is exactly how I imagined American donuts to be)) In general, they turned out just by my personal order)) Not too sweet, it seems that there is a little cottage cheese in the dough, he has such a "grainy" taste. With milk they go with a bang. Coffee is also very tasty! There are 22 donuts at the exit. I found an absolutely amazing recipe for American donuts Donuts and begged my husband to cook them for the weekend))) Alas and ah, but the donuts were eaten very quickly. I grabbed the camera too late (my husband doesn't like to take pictures of what he cooks) Yes, in our family, the kitchen is a man's business) Thanks to Jamie Oliver for this!!!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 hours

In warm milk, we dilute yeast, sugar, salt, half a portion of flour, yolks (if you want, you can first make a sponge to activate dry yeast, we did not do it). Cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rise. The dough should rise 2 times. It needs to be crushed twice.

After pouring melted (but not hot) butter into the dough, add vanilla sugar and the second part of flour. Knead thoroughly and leave to rise 2 more times.

Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick and cut into circles with a diameter of about 10 cm. Make a notch in the center.

Put the donuts on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and put them in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.

Heat a deep frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it so that the donuts float in it when frying. Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Donuts are fried very quickly!!! The whole cooking process takes the rise of the dough.

Put the finished donuts on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess fat.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (you can in the microwave), dilute with milk (or cream) and knead until smooth.

Dip each donut in chocolate on one side and transfer to a platter.
On my own, I will add that these donuts are much tastier not with chocolate glaze, but with cream!
