Pork kebab with lemon in an aerogrill

Tender pieces of meat are ready to melt in your mouth! This cooking recipe is for an amateur. Not everyone likes lemon. But pork kebab with lemon turns out to be especially delicate. If you do not have an aerogrill, you can cook shish kebab either in the usual way: on the grill, or in the oven.

    Meat (pork neck) was cut into pieces of about 80 grams and poured with the juice of one small lemon. I thoroughly kneaded the meat with my hands for an even distribution of juice. Meat must necessarily be marinated in non-oxidizable dishes - enameled, glass, ceramic.

    Onion peeled and cut into half rings.

    Added onion and nut to the meat and mixed thoroughly again. Salt is not necessary yet. The container with the meat was covered with a lid. It can be tightened with cling film. Do not leave the meat in an open dish. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

    I chose the onion, you can throw it away, it has already given its flavor and taste to the meat! Now the meat can be salted and kneaded again with your hands.

    I strung pieces of meat on pre-soaked wooden skewers, interspersing them with lemon. I will make a barbecue in an aerogrill heated to 190 degrees. In terms of time, it will take about 45-50 minutes. Skewers can be placed above the baking dish. During cooking, I turned the skewers 3-4 times for even baking.
