Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the products. My shrimps are boiled and frozen. Pineapple canned rings.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Shrimps should be pre-thawed if they are frozen. This should be done delicately, preferably in a natural way. They defrost very quickly. Then the shrimps are washed under running water. If the shrimp is raw, boil them for a short time, two to three minutes. Long heat treatment makes them tough. Boiled shrimps are cleaned from the shell, removing the head and tail. Do not forget to take out the black intestine, it runs along the entire back of the shrimp.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pepper is washed and cut into strips.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Garlic is crushed. You can just chop it, you can crush it in a garlic press.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pineapple cut into small pieces. We leave several rings for feeding intact.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix soy sauce with apple cider vinegar.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour the oil into the pan, spread the shrimp. Fry for about two minutes, stirring.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Add pepper and garlic to the shrimp, mix. Fry until the pepper softens, 5-7 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Add pineapples and a mixture of sauce with vinegar, ground pepper. Stir and leave in a frying pan on low heat for three minutes. We try for salt, if necessary, salt.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

We spread the finished mixture on the postponed pineapple rings with a neat slide. You can decorate the top with shrimp and herbs.

Everyone unexpectedly liked this version of shrimp cooking. The sweetness of the pineapple perfectly shaded the sharpness of the shrimp. We tried both warm and cold.
It will be very impressive to serve such a snack in half of a pineapple, from which all the flesh is cut out, and the top is left. The pulp will then go instead of the canned analogue.
You can also cook a hot dish from the same products. It will take a whole pineapple, which will need to be cut in half. Remove the pulp, leave the halves. Cook according to this recipe. Fill the pineapple halves with the resulting mixture, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
