Spicy Korean noodles with beef vegetables and egg

Spicy, spicy, alluring aroma that awakens the appetite! This noodle recipe is interesting because it is made from a bag of instant noodles bought in a store, but is "domesticated" by adding additional ingredients to the dish, giving this dish a completely new taste.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

First we will prepare all the ingredients and only at the end we will start cooking the noodles themselves. To do this, take a small piece of beef, wash it, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small oblong pieces. Then fry them in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, bringing the meat to readiness, add a little salt.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

On a special grater ("slicer"), without peeling, chop a fresh cucumber.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We also chop white cabbage on the same "slicer". Then we put it on a plate or in a bowl, sprinkle with a small amount of salt, set aside for a while (10-15 minutes) so that it becomes softer and does not give off bitterness.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Take a slice of cheese and divide it with a knife into 4 triangles.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Take a clean frying pan, put a small piece of butter in it, put the pan on the fire, install a metal mold (it should also be oiled) and drive a chicken egg into it, salt and pepper if desired. Fry the egg until tender, but so that the center remains liquid. The form is used for a beautiful presentation of the dish itself, so its use is optional.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Now let's prepare the main component of this dish, namely egg noodles. To do this, take a frying pan, pour water into it and put it on fire. We bring the water to a boil, put instant noodles and spices in it (we put only half of the bag so as not to spoil the dish, because otherwise it will be too salty). Cook the noodles for a few minutes, until there is very little water left in the pan.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Spread pieces of cheese on top of the noodles, cover the pan with a lid. After a minute, remove the pan from the heat. When everything is ready, we take a frying pan for serving and carefully shift the noodles with cheese into it so that the melted cheese remains on top, we put a fried egg with a liquid center in the center of the dish, we put the previously prepared vegetables and beef next to it.

I caught myself thinking that lately, looking through recipes, my choice falls on Asian cuisine, including Japanese cuisine recipes. I like not only the Japanese dishes themselves, but also their presentation, the right combination of products served on a platter, the use of chopsticks when cooking a dish. Watching another video, I was interested in the process of cooking egg noodles in a frying pan. I took this recipe as a basis, but cooked noodles in my interpretation. In the end, I really liked what happened, so I decided to share this recipe on the website. In my opinion, the combination of egg noodles, spicy seasoning, natural meat, natural vegetables and fried eggs give the dish a homemade taste, and its alluring aroma awakens the appetite.
