Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Wash the apples under cold water and wipe them with paper towels. Then cut them in half and cut out the core, removing the rough part and the inner seeds. Cut the apples into slices or small pieces of any shape. Set aside.

2. Prepare a batter for crumbling apples. To do this, sift wheat flour into a large bowl. Then beat in a chicken egg and pour in some clean water. Mix the resulting mixture until smooth with a culinary hand whisk. Make sure that all the flour lumps are broken.

3. Put a frying pan with a thick bottom on the stove and pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into it.

4. Pour the apple slices into a bowl with batter and mix thoroughly so that the dough covers the apples on all sides evenly.

5. As soon as the oil in the pan is heated to the maximum temperature, you can start cooking apple slices. Put the battered apples rolled on all sides in a frying pan and fry them over medium heat, turning from different sides. The vegetable oil in the pan should reach at least the middle of the apple slices.

6. Place the apple slices fried in oil on a plate covered with paper towels. Leave until excess oil is absorbed.

7. Now you can start making caramel for apples. To do this, pour sesame oil into a small saucepan and heat it on the stove. Then pour in the sugar and mix. Cook the caramel over low heat and with constant stirring with a spoon or spatula. The sugar should completely melt and form together with the butter a single brown mass of liquid consistency. As soon as the caramel is cooked, pour sesame seeds into it and mix well again.

8. Cover the apple slices in batter with boiled caramel with sesame seeds.

Bon appetit!
