Cooking this dish is extremely simple. And, by the way, a huge plus of the dish is that fish steaks are fried much faster than beef or pork steaks. It takes no more than 10 minutes to cook. Of course, you need to add more time for kindling firewood, preparing the barbecue. The steaks turn out to be as tasty and satisfying as meat. A great option for gatherings with family or friends in the fresh air.

The first step is to prepare a grill and a grill grate. Coal can be used ready-made - the process will noticeably accelerate with it, or you can do it the old-fashioned way and wait for the firewood to burn out. In this case, wood should be chosen mainly of fruit species, in no case coniferous. Such firewood will provide a pleasant delicate taste to fish steaks.

So, the firewood burns out - the coals are almost ready. Lubricate the grill grate with a small amount of vegetable oil, install it on the grill.

In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil and soy sauce together, mix well. Next, pour ground coriander, garlic powder, chili powder into the mixture (if desired, if you do not want sharpness, then you can do without this ingredient altogether), as well as salt (it should be added a little bit, not forgetting to take into account that soy sauce already tastes salty). Mix everything thoroughly again.

Salmon steaks, and they must be thawed in advance, washed and dried, that is, completely ready for frying, rub with an oil mixture on all sides. We put the prepared steaks on the grill. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and hold the fish pieces over the coals for the same amount of time.

Ready-made steaks are served to the table hot, supplemented with fresh herbs, lemon slices and / or a favorite sauce suitable for fish.
