Heat the oil slightly in a frying pan, add garam masala and crushed ginger. We give the oil with spices to warm up well.

Put all the nuts in a single layer in the hot oil in a frying pan, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring. Turn off the fire.

Put the nuts in a deep bowl.

Melt honey in a water bath and add it to the nuts, mix well.

Before serving, season the nuts with ground cinnamon.
