If the langoustines are already thawed, proceed to their preparation:

- peel ginger and garlic, grate on a fine grater, put in a bowl;

- here we also add lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil, pepper and salt to taste;

- pour the langoustines with marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side.

We serve tol in hot form, hot sauces are very suitable for this dish.
