Salad with fried bacon cheese and tomatoes

Quick and hearty salad with fried bacon and cheese. This salad perfectly combines tender mozzarella, and fatty crispy bacon, and greens. The balsamic sauce crowns everything, which gives the dish a special piquancy. In this salad I appreciated fresh spinach for the first time - before I tried it only in pesto sauce and stewed with vegetables. If there is no spinach, feel free to replace it with arugula. After all, arugula and mozzarella are classics of the Italian genre.
