1. Partridges are washed, cut in half and dried with a paper towel.
2. Heat the saucepan well, pour sunflower oil and fry the partridge carcasses on both sides for 10 minutes. We spread the partridges first on the abdomen, you can cover the top with a lid and press down with a warm. Then turn over and fry on the back.
3. Peel the orange and cut into slices, put it in a saucepan, add seedless grapes and sprinkle with grated orange peel. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Close the saucepan with a lid and put it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. We transfer the finished partridges to a dish and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
