1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.

3. Pour the milk into a bowl, add sour cream, break the egg, sift the flour with baking powder, salt the mass and knead the dough. The dough is not steep, viscous.

4. Combine the dough with the cooled minced meat, mix thoroughly.

5. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, spread the mass on the frying pan with a tablespoon, fry the whites on both sides until a beautiful blush.
