First, let's do the dough for pancakes, for which we heat the milk, pour it into a deep bowl. Break the egg, add the proteins, add salt and sugar, pour in sunflower oil. We introduce flour in small portions, constantly whipping with a whisk.

Now bake pancakes in a dry frying pan.

Filling time. Pour raisins and prunes with hot water, let them stand for 10 minutes. Cottage cheese is ground with sour cream to a homogeneous consistency. Drain the water from the dried fruits, chop the prunes finely. Add condensed milk and prepared dried fruits to the curd mass. Mix thoroughly.

We spread the filling on the pancake, distribute it evenly, roll the pancake into a roll. Thus we form all the leaves. We cut off the edges of the finished rolls, each of which is dipped in condensed milk, and then in poppy seeds.

We spread the leaves on a beautiful dish and serve them on the table.
