Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

If you want to cook a tenderloin, spending a minimum of time, I advise you to cut the meat into thin pieces - about 1 cm thick.

Lightly rub each piece with salt and put it in a well-warmed frying pan.

Fry the tenderloin on both sides in a large amount of vegetable oil. The frying time is approximately 5 minutes on each side at medium heat. To make the crust look ruddy and fried, do not use the lid during frying.

Put the finished pieces on a napkin to absorb excess oil.

Rice, buckwheat or mashed potatoes will be a wonderful side dish for such fragrant meat.

Bon appetit!
