Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Cut the pre-washed meat into pieces (about 1 cm thick). It is recommended to cut across the fibers.
2. Dip each piece on both sides in semolina.
3. Beat off each piece of meat with a hammer - not too hard, so that the pieces do not become thin.
4. In a bowl, break the eggs, pour salt and ground black pepper. Beat everything well with a fork or whisk.
5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
6. Roll each chop in semolina again, then in beaten eggs and put it in a hot frying pan.
7. Fry the chops on both sides until browned, heating is medium.

Bon appetit!
