Peel the liver from the films, dry and set aside. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Chop the greens.

Heat the frying pan with oil on maximum heat. Put the spices in the hot oil for a few seconds, let the aroma out and immediately add the onion, mix quickly, sprinkling with sugar. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the liver and fry, also stirring, for 3 minutes.

Then pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the fire, sprinkle with chopped herbs and leave the dish for a couple of minutes to walk.
