Broccoli with stewed mushrooms and scallops

Very tasty, light and beautiful dish! Cook for breakfast or dinner! I cook such a dish for dinner, as it is quite light, but at the same time nutritious. Seafood goes well with mushrooms and vegetables. By the way, this dish is often served on the table on Chinese New Year, as mushrooms and scallops are symbols of prosperity. Try it!

3. Spread the mushrooms and water, bring to a boil.
4. Then pour in the oyster sauce and wine, cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
