1. For pancakes, mix eggs, starch, milk, salt and a little sunflower oil. Whisk a little until smooth. Heat the pan well and grease it with oil. Prepare the pancakes. Roll the finished pancakes into rolls and cut into noodles. Leave the beautiful spirals to decorate the salad.
2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
3. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Cool it down.
4. Combine all the salad ingredients in one bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add salt last, so as not to over-salt.
5. Put the salad on a platter, garnish with the remaining pancakes.
