Bull eggs in Georgian

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 10 min

1. The eggs must be washed well, then soak them for 2 hours in salted water.
2. The time has passed - put them in boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
3. At this time, peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic finely.
4. Remove the eggs from boiling water, let cool slightly and remove the upper shell, then cut the eggs into pieces lengthwise.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chopped eggs and fry them on high heat for 5-7 minutes, after which reduce the heat to low.
6. Add the onion, simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
7. Add ground coriander, paprika, nutmeg. Add salt.
8. Pour in the wine and soy sauce.
9. Put the chopped garlic and chili pepper whole.
10. Mix everything well and simmer for 7-10 minutes (until all the moisture evaporates).

Serve the finished dish with fresh herbs, with your favorite side dish and sauce.
