Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Everything we need.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a bowl, break 1 egg and add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (I put one) and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything well with a whisk.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Next, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix it up.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Next, you need to dissolve 0.5 teaspoons of soda with vinegar and add it to a bowl with all the contents.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Then add 1 cup of rye flour (I have whole-ground) and 0.5 cups of food bran. Mix everything well.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

At first the dough will be runny. It is necessary to let it stand for 3-5 minutes and it will thicken slightly.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Next, heat the pan with a non-stick coating thoroughly, because we will fry the pancakes without oil (I have an ASD pancake maker). Lubricate it with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil so that the first pancakes do not stick.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

The size of the pancakes can be made as you like. I like the size to be about the size of pancakes. They fry sooo fast, so it's better to make the stove quieter (or turn down the gas).

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

That's it! The pancakes are ready! You can eat them with any treats - jam, maple syrup, honey, yogurt, etc.
