Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
Put a sourdough of warm milk, 1.5 cups of sifted flour and crumbled fresh yeast. When the sourdough rises, add 3 whipped yolks, ground white with butter. Stir everything well.
Gradually pour in the remaining flour, salt, sugar, stir again and put in a warm place for 45 minutes. You can put the dishes with the dough in a large saucepan or bowl with warm, almost hot water. When the dough rises well, combine the whipped whites with whipped cream. Add this mixture to the dough, gently stirring from top to bottom, and after 10-15 minutes, letting it rise a little, bake pancakes. Bake fluffy pancakes. Serve hot with sour cream or honey. And best of all with red caviar.
