    Mix together soft cottage cheese, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and cream.

    Add flour and mix until smooth.

    Whisk the proteins with sugar to medium peaks.

    Melt butter in a frying pan.

    Pour the dough into the pan, add a handful of cranberries or raisins on top. Fry on low heat for about 5-7 minutes (I fry under the lid).

    Cut the omelet into 4 parts and turn it over. Fry for another 5-7 minutes until cooked. The finished omelet is cut into pieces with a fork and served immediately.
