In the hot days of summer, I really want to eat light and refreshing food. In one of the fashion magazines I found a culinary recipe for such a light summer salad. A little unusual combination of berries and fruits with cucumber. Do not reject such food right away, try to cook, you will not regret it. And preparing a light salad with strawberries is very simple and is an invigorating dish on hot summer days. The ingredients for the salad are washed and dried. Cut the strawberries lengthwise into two halves, and the pear and peach into thin slices. Using a blender, we mix several strawberries and natural yogurt. We take transparent containers and lay out the prepared ingredients in layers. At the bottom we put pieces of peach, then slices of pear, then pieces of cucumber and put sliced strawberries on top. We pour everything with prepared yogurt sauce. You can add a little powdered sugar to the sauce, the taste of the food will not suffer from this. It turned out to be a low-calorie and very tasty salad. I recommend it for breakfast to all those who watch their figure, as well as supporters of proper nutrition. Bon appetit!
