Fish with pineapples

The most delicate and low-calorie fish will decorate your family dinner. Simple, fast, tasty, low-calorie. Despite the fact that the dish does not look very festive, its taste is simply amazing. I've never eaten fish with pineapple before - now it's one of my favorite dishes.

Peel the onion, wash it, cut it finely.
Bulgarian pepper is washed, cleaned from seeds, cut into strips.
Fillet of fish is washed, dried with a paper towel, cut into strips about 1 – 1.5 cm thick.
Preparing the sauce. Mix the wine, soy sauce, pineapple juice from canned pineapples and flour in a separate bowl.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, add the onion and fry over high heat until transparent.
Put the sliced pieces of fish, pineapple pieces, corn and bell pepper in the pan. Gently stir and fry it all for about 3 minutes.
Add salt, ground black pepper, sauce, turn down the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for about 3-4 minutes, until tender.
The fish with pineapples is ready! Enjoy your meal.

Boiled rice, mashed potatoes can be served as a side dish, or you can serve it as an independent dish.
