Crispy pasties with meat

A simple recipe for juicy, meat pasties that everyone loves! My husband is a big fan of chebureks. I do not allow him to buy this food in various eateries for safety reasons, which is why I cook them myself at home. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this dish.

To start, prepare the dough. To do this, pour clean water into the sifted flour, pour a small pinch of table salt and then add vegetable oil. From all these ingredients, we knead a steep, smooth, homogeneous dough, which we cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave for about 30-40 minutes. Now let's do the stuffing. To do this, add salt, ground black pepper, finely chopped herbs and green onion to the finished minced meat to taste. Now we roll out the prepared dough into a thin layer, cut out circles of the required diameter from it. After that, we spread the prepared minced meat on one half of each mug, cover this part with the other half and pinch the edges well. Now we fry our chebureks in a large amount of oil until golden. Our healthy chebureks are ready!
