Everyone, for sure, has tried such food as liver. And who had to try liver cake? If you still don't know how to cook this dish, then I'm telling you about this culinary recipe especially for you.

So, first we eat and dry the liver (it was beef liver for me). Now we pass it through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender. After that, add chicken eggs to the liver, sifted flour, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.

Now fry liver pancakes in a preheated frying pan in oil. It will turn out about 9 pieces if fried in a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm.

Separately, heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chopped onion, then carrots with it together. After frying the mushrooms. You can do this both together and separately.

Squeeze garlic into mayonnaise.

We coat a warm liver pancake with mayonnaise, put one filling on top (for example, carrots with onions), close with a second pancake + mayonnaise + a second filling (mushrooms with onions). And so we collect the whole cake.

The topmost pancake is not greased yet. We cover the cake with a plate and lower the load onto the plate so that all the pancakes stick together.

Rub the whites and yolks on a grater. Also, three cheese on a medium grater, combine with proteins, put mayonnaise, mix, coat the sides of the cake.

Smear the top of the cake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with yolks.
