To begin with, we take a fork of cauliflower and wash it, separate it from the leaves. Now we divide it into small inflorescences, put it in salted boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. After this time, the inflorescences are removed from the water, cooled and disassembled very small inflorescences. After that, beat the chicken eggs with pepper and salt. Now we take breadcrumbs and mix them with pre-prepared greens. After that, we dip the inflorescences in the egg mixture, roll them in breadcrumbs and put them in a heated frying pan with oil, fry the cabbage for a few minutes until golden brown. When all the fried cauliflower is ready, we serve it as a side dish to meat or poultry. Bon appetit!
