Fried zucchini with egg yolk and grated cheese

A simple but delicious dish for a hearty breakfast. Cook for about 10 minutes. The number of servings depends on the number of zucchini.

We take the zucchini, wash it and cut it into thin, thin circles (I have two frying pans from one medium zucchini. Dip the mugs lightly in flour and fry on a preheated frying pan on medium heat and greased with vegetable oil on both sides.
(I don't eat green, but I don't like burnt ones either, so I fry only slightly. But this is a matter of taste, as anyone likes.)
While we are messing with the zucchini (that is, I wash it, cut and fry it), eggs are cooked nearby on the next burner (so that they can be cut, boil and cook for another 4 minutes, then turn off the fire and cool it under a stream of ice water).
We spread our zucchini beautifully on a flat dish.
Clean the eggs, cut lengthwise, take out the yolk.
On a separate dish, we crush the yolks + salt + mayonnaise with a fork.
Then we lubricate each circle of zucchini with this mixture.
On top of all this, sprinkle with an abundance of grated cheese on a large grater.
Our dish is ready.
