Probably, everyone who loves meat, kebabs, cooking on the grill or barbecue in nature, the smoky aroma and taste of food cooked in this way will also like this recipe. Grilling is simple, and the result usually exceeds all the wildest expectations. It turns out delicious, juicy, and almost all the neighbors come running to the smell :)

It's best to cook such ribs in the fresh air, but you can also in an apartment on an electric grill. It will also turn out delicious, but a little less atmospheric. So, we begin the process...

Wash the ribs under running water, and then dry them with paper towels. Then we rub the ribs thoroughly with ground black pepper and salt, we try to do it from all sides. If desired, you can add other spices. Ground ginger, coriander, nutmeg will do well. We focus on personal preferences.

We send the ribs to the grill preheated to medium temperature grill. We cook the meat for 1.5-2 hours - until fully cooked. Half an hour before the end of cooking, mix onion powder, soy sauce, liquid honey and tomato sauce together in a bowl. Let it stand for 15 minutes, and then lubricate the ribs with the resulting sauce with a thin layer and cook them for the remaining time.

Ready-made ribs are served hot on the table with sauce.

Can be served with ribs and side dish - boiled or baked potatoes, fresh vegetables, salads. Fresh herbs perfectly complement the meat, cilantro, basil, rosemary or thyme sprigs will look especially advantageous. You can just sprinkle the ribs with dill or parsley.

And, of course, soft drinks will not be superfluous in the men's company, especially in the warm season.
