Eggs, sugar, salt soda stir.

Heat the kefir slightly (carefully so as not to curdle), combine with the egg mass, stir well. The mass will foam because of the soda.

 Add flour so that the dough is thick, like on pancakes.

Then the mass should be diluted with boiling water to pancake batter, stirring continuously. 

You can add vanilla to the dough - this is for an amateur. Pour vegetable oil and fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan. Bon appetit!
