Grilled mushrooms with garlic and olive oil

A very tasty and low-calorie dish is ideal for country gatherings. I love mushrooms! Grilled mushrooms are simply delicious, especially in summer, when my family and I go on a picnic. These mushrooms always make our lunch, dinner or picnic fabulous!

Create a simple marinade from a mixture of olive oil, pepper, salt, crushed garlic cloves, and maybe also greenery. Mix different ingredients and add mushrooms to them. Mushrooms should not be washed.

At least if they are purchased. The fact is that champignons absorb liquids almost like a sponge, and we do not need additional moisture in them. We will give them an hour to impregnate the marinade. After an hour, we put the mushrooms on the grill and turn the sides to the smoldering coals every 5 minutes.

Grilled mushrooms are beautifully served to the table (or to the tablecloth, if we are talking about a picnic).
