Cheesecakes with banana made of flour and cottage cheese on eggs

If kids don't like cottage cheese, you need to change it a little! Another recipe from cottage cheese for children, which is passed down in my family from generation to generation. Syrniki is a traditional delicacy of Russian and Ukrainian cuisine. Some cooks are of the opinion that you should not add flour to cheesecakes. But I can't imagine them without flour, and I even made my contribution to this food in the form of a banana. It turned out extremely tasty. A real culinary miracle for kids and adults with a sweet tooth.

And I cook cheesecakes with banana like this. I rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Then I mix it with eggs, adding granulated sugar and salt. I knead the banana with a fork (you can grate it or grind it in a blender) and mix it into the curd mass. I knead the dough, introducing the required amount of flour. I make small cakes from cottage cheese dough and fry them in a frying pan with heated butter. You can bake them in the oven. Cheesecakes with banana are ready, spread on plates, watering with jam or sour cream. Such food should be consumed by children from the age of two.
