White cabbage in batter with greens

Affordable, healthy, easy and very tasty! Initially, the dish is called cauliflower in batter, its recipes, in different guises, however, are often shortened to "cabbage in batter", simply because any other type of cabbage can go into the dish with equal success. Despite this, I still insist that for the dish cauliflower in batter, it is best to find cauliflower, and not any other. Without it, it tastes a little different, and this is not quite the dish. Everyone knows how to fry cauliflower in batter. But even without having cauliflower, you can cook an excellent meal, no less tasty and healthy. The fact is that if you fry a piece of ordinary cabbage in batter, then it will not taste inferior to colored. Moreover, the culinary recipe of this dish does not differ in anything special.
