Pizza in a frying pan on sour cream with sausages quickly and simply

Fast pizza that can be cooked in a frying pan! Delicious! The recipe helps out a lot if you need something to eat quickly. It turns out incredibly tasty, and takes a minimum amount of time and effort. Or when, for example, guests come. My son's friends especially like this pizza - I always cook it when they come to visit.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Sift the flour and mix with a pinch of salt.
2. In a bowl, break the eggs, add sour cream to them and whisk with a whisk.
3. Combine the egg mixture with flour. The dough is ready. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.
4. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, spread the dough on it.
5. Lay out the sliced cucumbers and sausages on the dough.
6. We put tomato circles on top.
7. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt to taste, ground black pepper.
8. We pour the crushed cheese on top.
9. Now we put the frying pan on the stove (moderate fire - below average), cover it with a lid.
10. We cook the pizza for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese melts and the dough is baked).
11. Sprinkle the finished pizza with chopped fresh herbs and serve to the table.
