    To prepare the base in a deep bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise and use a whisk to turn everything into a homogeneous mass. In the egg-sour cream mixture, gradually add 1 tablespoon of flour without a top and knead a thin dough.

    Grease a cold frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. On top of the liquid dough, we distribute ketchup, and the rest of the filling to your taste. I use chopped mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, we put the filling in any order.
