Kystybyy is a culinary recipe of national Oriental cuisine. We, Russian people, call it simply "pasties with potatoes")) But regardless of the name, this is very, very tasty food!
Mix the dough from the specified ingredients. Unfortunately, I cannot specify the exact amount of flour. I can only say that the dough should turn out to have the consistency of dumplings. Next, roll out the tortillas from it (the size is determined by the diameter of the pan). The tortillas should be quite thin, about 2 mm thick. Fry the tortillas on (attention here!) DRY frying pan over high heat. We are very careful not to burn! Advice from personal experience: for this method of roasting, it is better to take a cast-iron frying pan. We put the finished tortillas on a dish and cover them with a towel so that they become a little softer.
If you can, in parallel with frying tortillas, start cooking potatoes for stuffing. We make mashed potatoes from potatoes. If you want, you can add fried onions and herbs to the puree. Don't forget to salt the potatoes :))
Now that everything is ready, we start modeling. Put mashed potatoes on half of the tortilla, cover with the other half, fasten. It turns out such a cheburek. We fry it again on both sides. Lubricate with melted butter. Done!
