Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Combine cottage cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix well.Add flour and soda in parts.Knead the dough.Roll the sausage out of the dough and divide it into 8 parts. We roll out each part and cut out a circle with a diameter of 20 cm .Fry the cakes in a dry frying pan on both sides for a few minutes. As soon as the cake began to bubble, turn it over. Thus, we fry all 8 cakes. Ready-made cakes should be soft, the main thing is not to over-dry them.
We roll out another cake from the scraps and also fry it, we will make a crumb from it in a blender for sprinkling the cake.
Prepare the cream.
In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, sugar, sour cream, starch and flour with a whisk.
Pour the milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put it on medium heat. Pour a third of the hot milk into the egg-sour cream mixture, mix well and pour everything back into the pan with the remaining milk. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cook stirring frequently until thickened.Remove the cream from the heat, add the oil, mix well and leave to cool.
Putting together a cake.
We put 1 tbsp of cream on a large dish in the center so that our cake does not slide on the dish.We spread the first cake and smear it with cream. Then the second cake, etc. For each cake there is about 2-3 tbsp of cream. Thus we collect the whole cake. The last cake is also smeared with cream, and the rest of the cream is smeared on the sides of the cake.Sprinkle the cake with crumbs.
Let the cake stand at room temperature for 2 hours, then put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Our delicious cake is ready!
is very easy to prepare, and most importantly it turns out very tasty, both adults and children will like it. You can optionally make a layer of your favorite fruits.
